A research team needed to evaluate companies faster than any human team could keep up with. So I built an AI research pipeline that does the work of around 250 analysts by itself, chewing through up to 1.5 million websites a month. Work that wasn't humanly possible now just runs.
Two Days A Week, Back On The Calendar
Manual CRM updates, content production, and project management were eating the whole team alive. I wired those systems together so the busywork ran itself, and gave everyone back about two days a week to spend on actual revenue work instead of admin.
Personalized Cold Email, Fully Hands-Off
Personalizing outbound by hand is brutal. You clean the names, research each company, write the custom bits, then load it all into the sending tool. I built one system that runs the whole chain: it cleans names, researches each lead, writes the personalization merge tags, and pushes finished campaigns straight into Smartlead. Saves several hours on every list.
